To date, Great Lakes is the ONLY home service I contacted and I mean of any variety, that: returned my phone call right away, set up an estimate, scheduled the work promptly, completed the work professionally and charged me the same as the estimate. It seems with home services such as painting, the level of professionalism is vastly different between companies.
